While walking through Dillards on Saturday afternoon, my poor purse strap broke. I was so sad... I haven't used this bag enough for that to happen. Plus, it's kind of hard to use without a cross body strap. Does anyone have experience with this? Should I send it in to Coach or take it to a repair person?
