I posted this outfit on Instagram a few weeks ago and it got lots of love, so I figured I'd do a blog post outlining the details. It's one of my favorite pairings this winter- I'm loving plaid and fur. 

How crazy is it that Christmas is just a couple of days away? It snuck up super fast this year. Between the wedding and graduation it seems as though Christmas was put on the back burner. I'm in full blown Christmas mode now though and am so excited to spend time with my family. Church yesterday was focused around Christmas and the true reason we are celebrating. It was such a sweet way to reflect on this wonderful time of year and His love for us. Thank you all for reading!

These photos make me appear as though I'm the blonde version of Snow White. Well, I guess most of my pictures do since I'm pretty darn pale. I'm becoming okay with that though. At one point I would've hated it but I now know two things: 1. it's me 2. it's healthier for my skin.

I bought this top last weekend at J. Crew factory and am so in love with it! It makes me so excited for holiday parties and sparks numerous outfit ideas focused around the month of December. Who's excited for the most wonderful time of the year?!

My sweet friend Amelia took these photos for me after we had a delicious lunch at True Food Kitchen yesterday. We also stopped by Nordstrom's Last Chance. She always seems to find the most adorable things but I never have any luck. I think I just get overwhelmed by everything, plus I'm way too picky about the condition of items.

I've had the Prada cat eye sunnies in black for about a year now and love em, so when Amelia found this lace version at Nordstrom's Rack for an AMAZING price I knew I had to have them. Yay for great deals!

I'm heading to Newport this weekend for my grandmother's birthday. I'm so excited to spend some time with this sweet lady. If I don't post everyday next week, don't be mad at me ;) You can keep up with my trip via Instagram.
